Early registration deadline for HDIR-4 is October 21, 2016.

Registration fee includes: attendance to the lectures and poster session, abstract book, welcome reception, lunch on November 4, and refreshments during coffee breaks.

The Croatian Medical Chamber will award 20 CME credits for active participation and 12 CME credits for passive participation.
